As part of the Zero 2016 campaign, we have set housing targets for both our chronically homeless population and our homeless veterans. We have targets, and we are counting placements; the next thing we need to do is report whether we are meeting the targets!
We know have two months of housing placement data, which is presented in charts below. We are doing well in housing chronically homeless individuals–we met our target in January, and fell sort by just one in February.
For veterans, we have missed the target for both January and February, but our performance improved in February. We will be meeting on April 3, 2015, 9 am to 10:30 am at 70 Tapley St., Springfield, to focus on how we can improve this performance. Please join us!
