Aunt Bertha, the platform that powers 413Cares.org, holds monthly Helper trainings. This training is a great way to learn (or refresh learning) on how the search and referral aspect of the program works.
The next monthly Helper training will be held this Friday, June 19, 2:00-3:00 pm. During this live webinar, participants will learn more about how Aunt Bertha works, and pick up tips for directing seekers to help in their community. Participants will learn how to:
- Find & connect people to free and reduced-cost social services anywhere in the United States.
- Create & manage referrals on our platform.
- Organize & share commonly used programs with your colleagues.
