As many of you know, DHCD has issued an RFR to build on Secure Jobs Connect and fund additional workforce development efforts for homeless and at-risk families. The link to the RFR can be found here: http://www.mass.gov/hed/docs/
A few key facts in the RFR:
- Western Mass. will be awarded only one grant maximum (5 grants to be awarded statewide)
- The maximum grant amount is $250,000
- Regional networks (such as ours) must be key partners in the grant application
- The deadline is 3/7
