As we enter into the season of increased respiratory illness, it’s important to think about how to keep guests and staff safe and healthy. Dr. Andy Balder from Baystate Medical and the Springfield Department of Health and Human Services will provide information about how diseases spread, and tips for preventing and responding to disease outbreaks.
