DHCD is partnering with Way Finders to host English and Spanish language virtual town halls on emergency rental assistance, free legal representation, and mediation services that are available to tenants and income eligible landlords that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in Western Massachusetts. The goal with these events is to help get the word out and educate residents about the available resources.
IMPORTANT: even those who have already received assistance through RAFT/ERMA may be eligible for additional assistance under the recently launched Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP).
