Today, the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities released its Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) seeking proposals for winter emergency shelter capacity for individuals and households without children. Click here for additional information.
Eligible respondents are nonprofit homeless service providers or municipalities who are partnering with a nonprofit service provider. The schedule is:
- Virtual Bidders’ Conference: October 30, 2024 at 12:30 pm
- Initial Bid Opening: November 6, 2024
- Response Deadline: March 31, 2025
- Estimated Date of Award Announcements: Ongoing
- Responses will be reviewed as they are received and awards will be made until either all funding is expended or all responses received by the deadline have been reviewed.
