The City of Springfield is hiring a Senior Program Manager in its Office of Housing. The Senior Program Manager, a permanent full-time employee, will work with the following federal grant programs: Continuum of Care, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA). Duties will include contracting and grant management of 20-30 subrecipient grants; strategic planning for homeless and special needs housing programs; preparation of grant applications and reporting; and review of data reports produced by an in-house data management coordinator and an external data analyst.
The Senior Program Manager will work under the supervion of the Director of Housing, and will be part of a team which includes another Senior Project Manager and the HMIS Coordinator.
A succesful candidate must be a resident of the City of Springfield or move into the City within 6 months of hire.
