First, I would like to thank Laurie Guidry for leading us at last week’s meeting regarding housing sex offenders. She provided an enlightening presentation on the myths, the challenges and the prospect of solutions for housing this population. I will post the powerpoint presentation as soon as it is available.
The meeting came to a close with energy and momentum to keep the discussion going. So we agreed to meet next on:
Wednesday, May 25
1:00-2:30 pm
AISS (After Incarceration Support Services)
736 State Street, Springfield
Thanks to all and I look forward to seeing you next week.
Best,
Pamela
