This is a reminder that our next Individual Services Committee meeting will take place on Monday, 4/5 at 9:30 am at the DMH Haskell Building, Northampton.
The agenda includes:
- Tom Brigham from MHSA, who will come to talk with us about the Home and Healthy for Good Assessment Tool and answer your questions;
- ESG coordination and Network support;
- ICHH Budget check-in re: expenditure of grant funds
- Allocation of Bruegger’s Bagel fundraiser revenues
At 11 am, Jay Levy and Dave Havens will continue their in-service trainings and discussion with providers. It will focus on transitions to housing for untreated homeless persons, ranging from safety planning, housing and environment match and/or modifications, landlord communications and mediation, including sharing stories of successes and challenges.
