The Core Group has done further tweaking to the budget and scope to reflect issues raised on the blog, in other conversations, and among Core Group members. Not all concerns could be reconciled; the Core Group ultimately made the choices that we believe will result in the best pilot we can create with the funding awarded. The revised budget and scope of service has been submitted to the ICHH for approval.
