The Congressional Research Service today released the report Homelessness: Targeted Federal Programs and Recent Legislation. The report includes information about homelessness funding in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, signed today by President Obama, as well as information about the proposed reauthorization of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Grants, likely to pass this year.
