Westhampton Woods Community Room (Unit F)
Hilltown CDC is currently constructing Westhampton Woods Phase II, a senior housing community consisting of eight new affordable and handicapped adaptable rental apartments on a scenic 8-acre site in Westhampton. All apartments are 1-bedroom, single-story design. Tenants will be chosen through a lottery in October. Income restrictions apply. There will be two project based Section 8 units.

2 units for 30% Area Median Income hholds: $17,200 $19,650
3 units for 50% Area Median Income holds: $28,700 $32,800
3 units for 60% Area Median Income households: $34,400 $39,360
Typical rents: $700-$730, utilities included except for phone, cable and internet.
