The Springfield/Hampden County Continuum of Care has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking renewal and new projects to include in its FY2015 CoC Program application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The RFP seeks renewal appplications for existing projects and applications for the following types of new projects:
- Permanent Supportive Housing for chronically homeless individuals or families
- Rapid Rehousing programs for homeless families, homeless individuals, homeless youth, or persons fleeing or seeking to flee domestic violence
- Centralized or Coordinated Assessment
