A second Bidders’ Conference will be held October 3, 2014 10 am at the Springfield Office of Housing, 1600 E. Columbus Ave., Springfield. Questions may also be submitted in writing to gmccafferty@springfieldcityhall.com until 4:30 p.m. on October 9, 2014.
