Sustaining Innovative Demonstration Projects

April 12, 2016 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am

Too often pilot or innovative employment programs demonstrate good results only to fade away when the original funding ends.  While the Secure Jobs Initiative will be the primary focus of this discussion, lessons learned can be broadly applied and all are welcome. Topics to be covered include:

  • Maintaining the services through integration of current resources
  • Finding new money and Social Enterprises
  • Using old money in new or different ways
  • Case examples
