The discussion will look at:
What is the role of place? How does it affect the pursuit of upward mobility in our communities? By extending Phase I research—which captured a baseline of housing and economic data for our region—this Phase II report considers the important relationship between place and access to opportunities. Informed by new data and interviews with local experts, the study imparts actionable insight on housing affordability and production issues; the impacts of COVID-19 on housing; and how to address both segregation and housing gaps in the region.
The panel discussion will be facilitated by Way Finders’ President and CEO Keith Fairey with Q&A to follow.
