Homeless Veterans
Providers have ramped up housing placements of veterans over the last several months, and Springfield/Hampden County is now very close to meeting its goal for ending veteran homelessness by the end of 2015.
Chronically Homeless Individuals
Providers have also kept up a steady pace of housing chronically homeless individuals at rates higher than our monthly goals, putting us on track to end chronic homelessness in 2016.
