The Springfield/Hampden County CoC Performance & Outcomes Committee is meeting this Thursday, August 27, 9:30-10:30 am at Friends of the Homeless, 755 Worthington St., Springfield.
The Committee is working on updated performance targets for Hampden County homeless programs (including prevention, rapid rehousing, emergency shelter, transitional housing and permanent supportive housing). Click to review current DRAFT Performance Targets.
At this week’s meeting, we hope to finalize the proposed targets in order to share them with the full CoC for feedback. The ultimate goal is for the CoC to adopt the updated targets in September.
