The Western Massachusetts Network to End Homelessness is pleased to share our FY26 budget priorities and 2025-2026 legislative priorities. These priorities will define our advocacy this budget year and through the Legislative Session.
Special thanks to our Network Steering Committee for their decision making, informed by our Network committees across every sub-population, including close to 200 partners from across Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire counties. Also special thanks to our statewide partners – Homes for All MA, CHAPA, MA Housing and Shelter Alliance, MA Coalition for the Homeless, MA Law Reform Institute, MA Public Health Alliance and more – for their steadfast leadership that supports our work tremendously.
Above all, we deeply appreciate our western MA legislative delegation’s leadership and commitment to the shared goal of preventing and ending homelessness in our region. We look forward to supporting and informing their work in the weeks and months ahead.
