Our statewide partner, Homes for All MA Coalition, has organized a legislative briefing on one of our top priorities: to lift the ban on rent control and allow cities and towns to enact strong rent control and just cause protections. They have organized a briefing on the bill that will do just that (with thanks to our own western MA Senator Adam Gomez for his lead sponsorship). The legislative briefing – at the State House (Rm 428) and online – is taking place on Monday, April 7, 2 pm.
