The Transfer Fee is at risk! Late last week the Speaker of the House announced that he doesn’t want to allow communities to implement a local option Transfer Fee on luxury real estate to fund affordable housing. We need your help to make sure the Legislature knows that our communities need this tool! Please call or email your State Representatives TODAY and let them know that we need this now – and we need to fix it so western MA can use it!
