The Western Massachusetts Network to End Homelessness is pleased to provide its Fiscal Year 2024 Budget Priorities. These priorities further our mission to prevent and end homelessness in Western Massachusetts with a Housing First approach that centers racial equity.
We will urge our legislative delegation to advance these priorities in both the House and Senate budgets and in the final budget signed by the Governor.
