The Bilingual Veterans outreach center is currently leasing up a newly constructed property in Springfield, MA designed for single homeless veterans. The property features 19 enhanced efficiency units, all units have a project based Massachusetts Rental Voucher, qualified veterans will pay only 30% of their income for their housing. Units are furnished and include utilities. This beautiful property has off street parking, is close to downtown Springfield, on-site laundry, accessible units, an elevator and community room. On site services will be provided by the Bilingual Veterans Outreach Center.
Qualified applicants will be at 30% of area median income – FY 2016 $17,500. Must have discharge paperwork (DD214) or a VA medical card.
