As you may recall, the FY2015 state budget allocated funds to the Western Massachusetts Network to End Homelessness to advance its mission to prevent and end homelessness in Western Massachusetts in alignment with the Opening Doors: A Federal Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness.
The Network has now released its Request for Proposals for consultant(s) to implement this project.
