About the presenter:Dr. David Williams is a leading social scientist and international contributor to the field of public health for his work and research to better understand health disparities related to race, socioeconomic status, racism, and stress. His research speaks to housing and segregation and the effect on quality of life. He is the developer of the Everyday Discrimination Scale that is widely used to measure and assess perceived discrimination in health studies.
