On Thursday, September 26, we welcome John Polanowicz, the Secretary of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) who began his duties on January 22, 2013. Secretary Polanowicz oversees 15 state agencies in this role, serving in the Cabinet of Governor Patrick. He is an experienced health care leader, using his expertise to help Massachusetts increase our already nation-leading access to care, while also tackling the issue of costs.
We have asked the Secretary to address the pressing issues today facing human service providers from the perspective of the administration. Adequate time will be allowed for a Q and A session with the Secretary. |
