The Western Mass Continuums of Care (CoCs) have released Requests for Proposals (RFPs) seeking applicants for CoC Program funds. The CoC Program provides funding for permanent supportive housing (PSH), rapid rehousing (RRH), and joint transitional housing-rapid rehousing (TH-RRH) projects, and also funds coordinated entry.
