We’re thrilled to share the Community Action of Pioneer Valley’s announcement regarding the new Three County Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Director, Shaundell Diaz.
Many of you may know Shaundell already, as she has been with the Three County CoC for nearly 4 years, supporting the work of the CoC in several capacities and leading multiple efforts, including facilitating the racial equity work of the CoC and the Re-Imagining Interim Housing Framework; creating the Persons with Lived Experience Advisory Board; recently launching a new initiative to address encampments, and alongside all of that serving as a consultant for the National Coalition for the Homeless
The Three County CoC shepherds nearly $3 million in federal homelessness funds across Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire Counties to end homelessness in the region, providing vital coordination of resources and system-wide data collection to ensure successful housing strategies.
The Western Massachusetts Network to End Homelessness partners closely with the CoC (as well as the Springfield-Hampden CoC) to support its critical efforts and is thrilled to continue this work with Shaundell at the Three County helm.
