The Three County Continuum of Care invites ALL partners across western Massachusetts to participate in this Diversity Survey developed by its Equity and Inclusion Committee. This survey will examine diversity and equity within partner agencies, providing the CoC with important data to help determine next action steps in the effort to align partners’ commitment to diversity with actual outcomes.
