The Three County Continuum of Care and the Springfield-Hampden County Continuum of Care have both has released Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in response to HUD’s August 1st Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Continuum of Care Competition and Noncompetitive Award of Youth Homeless Demonstration Program Renewal and Replacement Grants.
