Attorney General Office Advisory
The Attorney General’s Office has put out an Advisory about the eviction moratorium. In light of reports of tenant harassment, please note the AGO consumer hotline, where tenants can file complaints about landlord harassment and/or violations of the moratorium.
DHCD/EOHED regulations
DHCD has updated their Moratorium page to include links to the regulations, late fee form and instructions, and DOB guidance.
Mass Law Reform has also provided a simplified financial hardship form. Case managers and tenants are welcome to use this form and adapt as needed.
