Regional Engagement and Assessment for the Chronically Homeless

The Western MA REACH Program began as a pilot project in Springfield MA with the goal of providing housing and services to long-term homeless individuals who didn’t qualify for other types of assistance. REACH expanded when our Network received ICHH funding for another 38 homeless individuals.

REACH housing subsidies are provided by community partners including local housing authorities and community-based organizations such as Valley CDC in Northampton MA. These partners are crucial to our efforts to provide housing to all long-term homeless individuals who live in Western MA.
