i applied for hudvash 2009 and was ready to get a voucher in feb 2010. i told them my home was in forclosure that i opted for a short sale.,and was not living in the home becausr all utilites were shut off!! i submitted a letter from a lawyer stating the statua of the home.this was a serious tradgey for me and my wife who needs a heart and lung transplant.my wife and i have been separated since this occured.because of my health heart attack 2001 high blood pressure and on insulin dependent because of uncontrolled diabetes.last year i was hospitalized at the james j peters va hospital with a stroke in my eye! it was the 3rd nerve and my eye would not open.i was treated as an out patient by westchester nurses.normally it could take 6 months if it does open.it took me 3-4.i have extreme trouble getting around with my health issues.one of the reasons i had to retire! i served 4yrs sgt usmc.honorable service wartime service.my wife is getting help because of her condition she takes cardizam and water pills besides codeine to surpreess her coughing up of blood.im very depressed because of my situation.i have to assist her when she needs me.she has home care and nurses caring for.i lost my home coundnt pay the bills im losing my health lack energy to do most chores when my sugar is out of whack.now i’m really worried about my wife and where i going to wind up.what few possessions i do have are in storage.i recently applied for hudvash and was turned down because i am not presently in a shelter.i have run out of places to go .i tried to apply for montrose domililary taking me far fom my wjfe and was told t could find a studio apt. are these my only options in mental state?????????prayer!!!
if you have the VA section-8 voucher i.m a landlord and i will be have march 1 /12 vacant apt 3 bed rooms in board-line of Bklyn and queens
