The 3 County CoC covers all Massachusetts cities and towns within Berkshire, Franklin, and Hampshire Counties. The Hilltown CDC serves as its lead. The CoC has a Wiki that provides local data, useful documents, overview information, and a calendar.
CoC Program Application 2016

The 3 County CoC coordinates its activities through General Membership meetings and conducts its work through committees. Contact Dave Christopolis for details.
The CoC is operated in accordance with its governance charter updated and approved by the CoC Board in October 2015.

Programs and Performance
The CoC consists of 62 programs operated by 25 providers. The CoC evaluates and ranks its programs on a number of measures designed to assess our progress toward reducing homelessness. The CoC uses ETO ASIST provided by the MA Dept of Housing and Community Development as its HMIS application. Training, coordination, and technical assistance is provided.
