Next draft of Bylaws, showing Leadership Council revisions

The Leadership Council reviewed draft Bylaws at its March 25 meeting, and made a number of recommendations, which are shown in the next draft posted here.
The Leadership Council has asked for an attorney to review the proposed Bylaws, and attend the June 24 Leadership Council meeting to provide advice and recommendations. Dr. Dobelle has recommended an attorney who is willing to review the Bylaws pro bono. The Bylaws will be sent to the attorney shortly.
