Seeking Final Comments/Polling on WMNEH Bylaws
This morning, WMIC discussed the draft Bylaws. I have made changes to reflect the WMIC concerns, and the next draft is here.
The key changes are in section 1.02, defining our purpose; what is now section 3.04, regarding election of members; language added to section 3.08, regarding Leadership Council committees; a new section 3.11, on conflict of interest and disclosure; and changes to article 6 (WMIC) and article 7 (consumer involvement).
Please review and provide feedback no later than noon on Monday, March 23, 2009. The Bylaws will be sent to the Leadership Council Monday afternoon so that they can review them in advance of the March 25 Leadership Council meeting. If you have no specific comments, but want to make a recommendation regarding the bylaws, use the poll below. Thank you.
Gerry – thank you for incorporating all the feedback from our WMIC meeting on Friday. I would suggest under Article VI Section 6.03 WMIC Workgroups add the statement: Additional Workgroups shall be formed at the request of the Leadership Council. Liz
How about: “Additional workgroups may be formed at the request of the Leadership Council”?
